Founded in 1973, Delon Hampton and Associates, Chartered is a professional engineering consulting firm specializing in civil and structural design and program/construction management services. Our portfolio of services, valued in excess of $40 billion, represents some of the most highly-recognized and complex projects in the nation. Our professionals have both design engineering and construction support services expertise to provide thorough and complete design as well as construction QA/QC and inspection services at any stage of a project.
